Hykell is offering a spot for a Customer Success Specialist to support our growing customer base. We help companies manage their cloud costs more effectively, and you’ll play a key role in ensuring our clients get the most value from our services.
What you will do
- Own a book of customers, lead onboarding, training, and success planning
- Respond to inquiries in English and Estonian
- Monitor health (usage, NPS, support signals) and act on risks/opportunities
- Run QBRs, map stakeholders
- Maintain accurate notes, timelines and forecasts
- Meet/exceed targets: retention %, gross revenue retention
- Guide clients through onboarding and nurture existing cooperation
- Work closely with our technical team to resolve issues
- Help identify customer needs and share feedback internally
What we are looking for
- Clear and confident communication (written and verbal) in English and Estonian
- Comfortable with data: you can read dashboards and turn insights into action.
- Tools: CRM and CS platform
- Interest in cloud technologies and willingness to learn
- Ideally an IT degree or understanding of IT
- Proactive, organised and comfortable working independently
What we offer
- Salary between 1500–1900 EUR gross
- Working hours 10-17, however flexible timeplanning is possible
